If you haven’t already heard, Bath Snowsports run two amazing trips to the Alps each year… our second trip is to Alpe d'Huez as part of the BUSC [British Universities Snowsports Council] Main Event, and it’s going to be another epic one.
Teaming up with BUSC, we will be representing at this huge event with the best snowsports clubs from around the UK, ensuring it will be an unforgettable week of fun and frolics in the snow.

General Trip Information
Bath Snowsports is teaming up with the British University Snowsports Committee again for this years Easter trip. We will be going to Alpe d'Huez in the first week of the Easter break for the 'BUSC Main Event'.
The Main Event is always legendary. This year there are expected to be over 2500 students from across the UK to skiing, boarding, racing and partying like its going out of fashion! There is always an epic line up of DJs and bands and brilliant apres-ski shenanigans that you can party the night away to.
With 240km of pistes, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned rider there are areas that suit your style. Lessons can be organised when booking the trip so if you’re a little rusty (or haven’t had a chance to come to our training!) there are loads of opportunities to brush up on your skills!
For our race team - and anyone that wants to give racing a go - this is the best time to do it. The British University Ski Championships will be taking place throughout the week, with events from Super G to Skier-Cross and from Freestyle to Team Slalom - if you're a keen racer, or even if these words mean nothing to you, email committee@bathsnowsports.net or speak to our Ski Captain, Jennie and see if we can persuade you into giving them a go.
Packages start from just £349, which is a bargain for an amazing week! There are options available for lessons, equipment hire and insurance when booking the trip, so everything can be taken care of in one simple booking!

Accommodation
As the accommodation in resort is sorted on a first-come, first-served basis, make sure you book ASAP and select 'Self Catered Standard' (the cheapest and therefore best!). This will help to ensure that we're all in the same accommodation. People that book later run the risk of possibly having to pay more for different accommodation.
Insurance
You must have winter sports insurance whilst on the trip. If you haven't already purchased insurance, you can include one of the following during the booking process

Booking
All booking and money handling is taken care of by the BUSC team.
To sign up for the trip, click on the link below and, if prompted for a trip code, enter 'BUSC2010BATH' (without the quotes). We are going for Trip Option 2 for the 'Main Week'. When you've selected your options it will ask you to register a new account. If you have any problems, wing us an email over to committee@bathsnowsports.net
